In 1984, President Ronald Reagan designated July as ‘National Ice Cream Month’. Since then, ice cream manufacturers (and millions of Americans!) have kept the tradition alive during the hottest month of the year. Recently, #NationalIceCreamMonth has gained popularity due to our ability to share our ice cream eating adventures on social media.
At Working Solutions, we are proud to have three clients dedicated to the production of outstanding ice cream or gelato products:
- Gelateria Naia (Hercules): Founded by three friends who wanted to bring Italian-style gelato to the Bay Area, these gelato artisans opened their first location in 2002 and now can be found at locations around the Bay Area and in Whole Foods stores.
- Double Rainbow Gourmet Ice Creams (San Francisco): Since 1976, Double Rainbow has been making gourmet ice cream in the Bay Area and currently produces over 60 flavors of ice creams, sorbets, and soy creams found at many locations around the Bay Area and across the US.
- Lush Gelato (San Francisco): In 2009, Lush opened their first gourmet gelato shop on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland and can now be enjoyed at 1 of 3 locations in San Francisco, Oakland, or Berkeley.
